Dean Kolbinsky, Chief Executive Officer

Dean Kolbinsky is Chief Executive Officer of Closure ADR Group and the driving force behind the inception of the company. Dean is a serial entrepreneur with a track record in successful businesses. He is also currently the President and founder of SpeedDate Inc., a web based, relationship-facilitating company.

For ten years prior to this, Dean was owner of the Southeast Regional office of an entrepreneurially-structured travel company providing a myriad of services to the hospitality industry. He played a key role in building the enterprise from a start up business into the largest group booking entity in the hotel industry.

For six years before that, Dean was franchisee / owner of a chain of Subway Sandwich stores. His aggressive and entertaining passion for "selling the product" earned him numerous National Awards for increasing sales, and his overall sales volumes.

Dean is also co-founder of "The Speaker's Company"" a group that mentors gifted speakers into the professional speaking arena. A longstanding member of Toastmaster's International, he has received multiple awards, including "Best Speaker," in Georgia's leading club.

Michael Fuller, Chief Operating Officer

Michael Fuller is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Closure ADR Group, responsible for all day-to-day operations in the company. He has over 25 years of business and management expertise with experience in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Technology and Product Development. He has held senior roles in industries ranging from high tech Consumer Products to Multimedia and Entertainment, and has worked for both start-up and Fortune 500 companies.

Most recently, Michael was Director of Programming and later Director of Product Development at Time Warner Inc. in Dulles Virginia. In these roles Michael led the development of Interactive Marketing programs with strategic partners such as General Motors, The Ford Motor Company, Daimler Chrysler and Michelin. He also led the design and development of integrated marketing programs across Time Warner interactive properties including America Online, Netscape, CompuServe and Digital Cities.

Prior to Time Warner, Michael was Senior Vice President of Product Development At Cox Enterprises' Autotrader.com in Atlanta. As a member of the company's core executive team, Michael led the design and development of www.autotrader.com. He played a key role in building the business from ground zero at start-up to a successful, 60 million dollar a year enterprise. During his tenure, J D Power and Associates ranked www.autotrader.com as the leading site on the Internet in its category.

Previously, Michael was Director of www.apple.com; Apple Computer Inc's flagship Internet site at Apple headquarters in Cupertino CA. Michael was a principal driver of Apple's consumer Internet presence, and a key member of Apple's award-winning World Wide Advertising and Brand
Marketing Group.

Prior to Apple, Michael held a number of senior roles in the Motion Picture and television Industry. During this period he worked for numerous independent production companies as well as Major Studios including Universal Pictures, The Walt Disney Company and Columbia/Sony.
