When you register to use our scheduling service, we gather some information about you such as your name, business, email address, and billing address information. In addition, we gather basic information about the attorneys and parties involved in disputes that our neutrals will participate in resolving. We request this information so that we may provide the appropriately high quality of service to
our clients.

Closure holds all of this information in strictest confidence and never shares the information with any outside entities. Closure will not share scheduling information with anyone except the neutrals and parties concerned. All scheduling and booking information will be maintained with the utmost confidentiality. Each neutral can view only information relating to his or her bookings. Our scheduling functionality has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information gathered. These security measures include state-of-the-art firewall, physical protection in the data center, and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect financial data.
