Cary Ichter
Is a partner in the firm of Adorno & Yoss in Atlanta. Mr. Ichter is a trial lawyer who primarily handles commercial disputes. Mr. Ichter's clients include national franchise companies, which he represents both regionally and nationally. Cary has also litigated disputes between manufacturers and distributors throughout the country, with cases in New York, New Jersey, California, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Puerto Rico.

Cary also has considerable experience litigating employment disputes, including claims made under Title VII and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, as well as claims of sexual harassment. His practice additionally includes disputes involving restrictive covenants ancillary to employment agreements and trade secret misappropriation actions. Mr. Ichter has also successfully litigated cases involving copyright infringement involving both computer software and musical recordings.

Cary practiced law in the litigation department of Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy from 1984 until 1992, when the former Meadows, Ichter & Trigg was formed.

Since 2002, Cary has been listed in the publication, The Best Lawyers in America.  More recently, Cary has been listed in Georgia Trend's 2003 Legal Elite and Georgia Super Lawyers 2004.

Cary works with CARE, the international relief organization, through the Atlanta Committee for CARE.  He is an avid runner and a black
belt in karate.
