Gary R. Kessler
Gary has been practicing labor and employment law and business litigation exclusively since entering private practice in Atlanta in 1977.

Gary’s expertise includes litigation, trial and appellate matters related to labor and employment, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, employment-related tort and contract claims, business litigation, affirmative action, arbitrations and wage and hour disputes. He also regularly represents clients before state and federal administrative agencies including Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor and other agencies which regulate employer-employee matters.

He represents a broad variety of clients including employers in finance, banking, technology, textiles, hospitals, long-term health care facilities, temporary employee and employee leasing services, real estate management, manufacturing, insurance, advertising and retail services.

Gary acts as a Mediator in employment-related disputes utilizing techniques which provide parties with an analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, and risks of their cases.

Gary also regularly conducts seminars on topics such as Maintaining Union-Free Status, Equal Employment Opportunity, Wrongful Discharge, Americans With Disabilities Act, Drafting Employment Policies and Handbooks, Diversity and Wage and Hour compliance.
