Gregory R. Crochet
Gregory R. Crochet is a commercial litigation partner in Kutak Rock's LLP's Atlanta office who has practiced law for over twenty (20) years. He has handled a wide variety of civil matters, but concentrates on resolving employment and labor, professional liability, insurance, securities, debtor/creditor, real estate related and general contract disputes. Mr. Crochet has substantial trial experience in federal and state courts, as well as in various private and court annexed alternative dispute resolution forums.

Having practiced various alternative dispute resolution techniques, he is a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, a certified arbitrator and mediator in several state and federal court annexed dispute resolution programs in Georgia. Mr. Crochet also serves on the panels of several private ADR providers, including the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., American Arbitration Association, formerly Resolution Resources Corporation, National Arbitration and Mediation and National Arbitration Forum. He is a member of the Litigation, Labor and Employment Law and ADR Sections of the American Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association. As the former Chairman and long time member of the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Dispute Resolution Lawyers Section of the Atlanta Bar, he has promoted ADR for years. He has participated in hundreds of arbitrations and mediations both as a neutral and
an advocate.

Mr. Crochet is a member of the bar of all state and federal courts in Georgia, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Tax Court. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from the Business School at Georgia State University (B.B.A., 1979, cum laude) and earned his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law (J.D., 1983), where he was a member of the managing board of the Law Review and authored a piece titled Implied Private Rights of Action for Damages Under Title IX, 16 Ga. L. Rev. 511 (1982). He is a frequent writer and speaker on various commercial litigation, employment and ADR topics.

Mr. Crochet's many civic and professional activities include serving on numerous Atlanta, Georgia and American Bar committees, as a board member and Executive Vice President of Murphey Candler Little League, Inc. and as a Trustee of the Georgia State University Athletic Association, Inc.
