Is an attorney with more than fifteen years experience as an independent neutral in the areas of commercial, real estate, securities, warranty and employment and labor disputes. He is listed on provider panels for National Association of Security Dealers (NASD), U. S. Postal Service, and other ADR services and programs.

Jim has served as a single arbitrator and on panels in a variety of legal matters and cases. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and has been for the past ten years. Most recently, Jim was named one of Georgia’s 2004 “Super Lawyers” by Atlanta Magazine.

Jim is a registered arbitrator and mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, the Fulton and DeKalb County Dispute Center and has served as a mediator for private disputes as well as for the Fulton County Court System.
