C. WILSON DUBOSE
Wilson DuBose has more than 30 years experience as a commercial litigator and construction lawyer in Atlanta. During that time he has represented clients in literally hundreds of cases dealing with virtually every area of law, including antitrust, business torts, insurance disputes, personal injury, civil rights, government contracts, employment law, real estate, intellectual property, banking law, tax, construction and environmental law. He is well versed in ADR procedures, having served as an arbitrator and mediator for the AAA Commercial and Construction Industry Panels for almost 20 years and as an arbitrator and mediator for Resolution Resources Corporation. He has also been involved in dozens of mediation and arbitration proceedings as an advocate. His many years of experience in the civil litigation arena and with ADR proceedings make him well-suited as a mediator and arbitrator for a wide variety of commercial litigation and construction disputes.

In addition to his broad experience as a trial and construction lawyer, Mr. DuBose has also been a leader in the organized bar, having served as president of the Atlanta Bar Association, a member of the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia and a member of the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the prestigious American Law Institute and has been recognized in both Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in American Law.

Mr. DuBose received his A.B. degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University, and his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law Review. He resides with his wife and three children in Madison, Georgia.
